Dr. Melody Snider is a licensed psychologist with specialized training in clinical neuropsychology and clinical psychology. She is dedicated to helping adults navigate the challenges of health conditions through compassionate care.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:
Dr. Snider recognizes that treatment requires specific knowledge of neurological/chronic medical conditions and how they impact a person's mental health. It is not uncommon for individuals coping with chronic conditions to experience depression, anxiety, decreased self-confidence, grief, loss of identity, relationship/social concerns, and a variety of difficulties in thinking ability. Her techniques are flexible and are guided by factors such as her patient's health, goals, strengths and weaknesses, life experiences, and level of social support. Because each person is unique, Dr. Snider applies tailored techniques to help enhance her patients' overall quality of life.
